Andy's Place is the ground floor apartment of a Victorian property in St Ives, Cornwall.

The property, consisting of three flats on seperate levels, required re-furbishing to bring them up to date and convert from full time occupancies to flats suitable for the holiday letting business.

Andys Place is the apartment on the ground floor, and required complete new plumbing, heating & electrical wiring throughout.

CH Design was brought in to re-plan the spaces for new the kitchen, bathroom bedrooms & lounge.

New decorations, lighting & furnishing was completed throughout, the result providing a clean modern space sympathetic with the building's original features and meeting with today's exacting requirements for holiday letting.
