Sam's Place is the ground floor apartment of a Victorian property in St Ives, Cornwall.

CH Design was brought in to re-plan the spaces for new the kitchen, bathroom bedrooms & lounge.

New decorations, lighting & furnishing was completed throughout, the result providing a clean modern space sympathetic with the building's original features and meeting with today's exacting requirements for holiday letting.
