SITE VISIT AFTER PROJECT COMPLETION.
Once all contractors have completed on site work we arrange a site meeting
with the client to ensure all contracts have been carried out to specification and that the
design proposals have been adhered to.
DESIGN FEES.
Design fee: £30.00
per hour/£240.00 per day
Project management fee: Sliding scale 10% (project value over £10,000) - 15%
(project value up to/including £10,000) of total contract value.
Travel expenses will be charged at 50p per mile.
