DESIGN RESEARCH & PROPOSALS.
Analysis and feasibility of the project is undertaken, particularly where building work is to be carried out.
A detailed site survey is done and then scaled plans are drawn up.
Research into materials and finishes is undertaken to determine the design proposal, and colour/mood boards are produced for presentation to the client.
A second meeting with the client is arranged for presentation and approval of the design proposal.
At this stage the design fee is due. This would have
previously been agreed between CH Design & the client.
CH Design operates
using ArchiCAD for plans and 3D visualisation.

DESIGN FEES.
Design fee: £27.50 per hour/£220.00 per
day
Project management fee: Sliding scale 10% (project value over £10,000) - 15%
(project value up to/including £10,000) of total contract value.
Travel expenses will be charged at 40p per mile.
