An initial meeting with the client is arranged, to establish the design brief: the
use of the space, furniture, lighting, floor covering, soft furnishings, and the budget for the design
& installation.
If a planning application is necessary for alterations to building work, we can
submit the proposal on our client’s behalf.

DESIGN FEES.
Design fee: £30
per hour/£240.00 per day
Project management fee: Sliding scale 10% (project value over £10,000) - 15%
(project value up to/including £10,000) of total contract value.
Travel expenses will be charged at 50p per mile.
